Electronic versions of Company Register documentation are available without charge, following incorporation.

A.S.I.C. fees increase each financial year, subject to any annual increase in the consumer price index. Company Planners will not increase its fee component for incorporation and related secretarial duties, however the increase in A.S.I.C.'s fee component will be reflected on our invoices - refer to our price list.

We always provide a fully completed Company Register with all your statutory documents as required under section 1302 of the Corporations Act 2001 along with a bank account kit.
